  • Are Tastings guided?

    All our tastings are pre-curated but Digitally-Guided we plan the route and menu, and send you the locations via text messages.

  • Do I get to choose my food?

    All menus are pre-selected by the restaurants to reflect their most popular menu items. We’ve tried them all and vetted their deliciousness. If you have dietary restrictions, please let us know at time of booking.

  • What do I do when I get to a restaurant?

    When you arrive, let the host know you are with Taste the City, show them your booking code and they will show you your seat.

  • How will I know where to go next?

    Approximately 25 minutes into your tasting, we will send you a text message for your next location. Note: all messages will be sent to the person who made the booking.

  • Is alcohol included?

    Due to provincial regulations, we are unable to include alcohol in our price. However, all of our venues are happy to serve a paired beverage upon request and will bring you the bill with your drink to ensure you can seamlessly move on to your next location.

  • Weather

    Tastings are held rain, shine, and snow. The walking distance between establishments is between 5-10 minutes. All tastings are completed inside. Check the weather and wear walking shoes!

  • Am I required to book in advance?

    Yes, advance booking is required. Tastings will close 12 hours before the start time.

  • Cancellations & Changes

    We are currently in a beta phase and do not offer cancellations or changes at this time.
